Caroline Philpott-Saunders, Head of Food Business, Asia
Caroline joined the Food Business team in February 2010. She comes from a farming family background (Australia and UK) and has extensive knowledge working in commercial management, business development and NGO’s.
Caroline has worked globally with suppliers and corporate partners through roles at The Body Shop International HQ in sourcing, supply chain planning and ethical auditing; and headed up the marketing and membership for Sedex (Supplier Ethical Data Exchange), enabling companies to have transparency in their supply chain to aid improvement of labour standards, health & safety, environment, and business integrity.
Caroline uses her extensive expertise to lead and drive Compassion's Food Business work in Asia to make realistic, impactful and long term changes to the lives of farm animals.
