Dr Lucille Bellegarde, Senior Food Business Manager, France
Lucille has an MSc from AgroParisTech (France) in Animal Science and Agronomy and a PhD from the University of Edinburgh in Applied Ethology. During her studies, Lucille specialised in the emotional states of sheep and goats, and more specifically on how individual animals perceive emotions in other flock members. Lucille was also involved in developing new methods for the study of animals’ emotions.
Lucille joined Compassion in 2017 as Food Business Manager for France, with a particular focus on Food Service companies.
