Our next GOOD FARM ANIMAL WELFARE AWARDS ceremony will take place at the heart of the MILAN EXPO 2015, on the afternoon of Tuesday 9th June 2015.

We are delighted to annouce that chef, writer and broadcaster Allegra McEvedy MBE will be hosting this year's Awards ceremony.

With its focus on feeding the planet through sustainable food production, the EXPO will be the perfect place for us to reveal and celebrate our new award winners who have committed to better farm animal welfare in their supply chain.

The event is being organised with the kind support from the European Commission and this year, we are introducing our NEW Good Rabbit Award.

2015 also sees the return of our biennial Retailer Awards which celebrate European retailers that are leading the way in farm animal welfare.

Date:		Tuesday 9th June 2015
Time:		Registration starts at 15h for a prompt start of the ceremony at 16h. The ceremony will end at 18h and will be followed by a cocktail reception until 19h30.
Venue:		Cascina Triulza Auditorium, Milan EXPO, Italy.

The Universal Expo (or World Fair) takes place only every five years, and is expected to be a truly unique event, gathering over 20 million visitors around the theme of "Feeding the Planet, Energy for Life". We therefore encourage you to arrange your travel and accommodation as early as possible as it is likely to be a very popular event.

The nearest Metro - Rho-Fiera EXPO Milano - is located near to the West Entrance of the EXPO.

When planning your travel arrangements, please allow at least 1 hour to pass through the security controls at the EXPO.

The Awards ceremony is free to attend and guests will be provided with an entrance ticket to the EXPO for the full day.
